I never received the product. They made it very difficult to get in contact with them. When I finally got in touch with them they told me the item is no longer available, even though the status is “Delivered”. They never gave me my refund despite us agreeing on it. They also are not responding to me trying to inquire about the status of the refund. This is by far the worst merchant/customer service + no customer support. They have been very inconvenient and no assistance whatsoever. Very dissatisfied, would never rescinded using them.
