My experience with this seller was not good. I bough four items from this seller in one order, one of the items was used. The other two were not of a good quality, I contacted their maintenance department for explanation as I suspected that their merchandise for this model could be defective but still they did not provide a solution. I am returning the whole order. Promising to sell brand new products and delivering used or low quality items is not trustworthy unless it was an honest mistake, until now they did not provide a solution. Anyone faced the same issue with Arabi E-Mart in general or this particular seller?
