use once a day for 1 hour direction of use : 1-peel the white strips from backing liner. 2- Apply while using a mirror, apply gel side of the strip to front teeth. make sure to align straight edge of the strip with the gumline. then, fold over the teeth and press to secure. 3-peel from the back of the teeth first to ease removal. 4- smile !!
